The average inspection on a 2000 sq. ft. home takes about 2 1/2 hours. We inspect just about everything (see What We Cover).We love our clients to be with us during the inspection, so we can answer any questions you may have. We can point out right on the spot areas of concern we might find and discuss with you their potential impact and suggested fixes and solutions.
When we are all done, we give you a complete verbal rundown of everything we have found at the property. We want you to leave with the confidence that you have gotten an unbiased inspection, all your questions have been answered, and you have a better understanding of the property your purchasing.
Within 24 hours or less after the inspection, you will receive via the internet your report, or we will mail a copy to you. (see Sample Reports) We use a descriptive report, with lots of pictures, so you see what we see.
