The average commercial property inspection varies in time and price depending on several factors, including size, age, and your specifications. We inspect just about everything (see What We Cover).We love our clients to be with us during the inspection, so we can answer any questions you may have. We can point out right on the spot areas of concern we might find and discuss with you their potential impact and suggested fixes and solutions.
When we are all done, we give you a complete verbal rundown of everything we have found at the property. We want you to leave with the confidence that you have gotten an unbiased inspection, all your questions have been answered, and you have a better understanding of the property your purchasing.
